Returns Policy
Intimo Jewellery accept returns for refunds or store credit if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please visit our returns centre within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. We recommend that you return your items via a tracked delivery service to ensure your item gets to us safely. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund within 10 working days of receipt of the original order back to us. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
We will only accept a return if the product(s) is new, unused and in a resellable condition. Under no circumstance will we accept any product(s) that appear to have been worn or used. Please ensure the product(s) is free from scratches/tarnishes, chemical products and the shine remains. This is classed as new, unused and resellable. Please return your order along with the original boxed packaging.
Each return is strictly examined to ensure the quality of the product(s). If you fail to return your item/s in a resellable condition we reserve the right to refuse the refund and will return the goods to you at your own cost.
Sale items are non-refundable, However, you can return the item in exchange for store credit.
We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of our customers.
Please note we do not refund custom orders.
