How long does delivery take?
Please note that delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Average processing time is 1-3 business days (not including weekends and public holidays)
Average UK shipping time: 3-5 business days
Average Europe shipping time: 5-10 business days
Average international shipping time: 5-20 business days
Pre-order means that we do not have that particular item in stock right now & are giving our customers a chance to pre-order it so that they don't miss out when it comes back into stock.
Pre-ordered items vary on timescale but we usually have your pre-ordered item dispatched and on it's way to you within 10-21 days. You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you place the order and then another once we have dispatched your item.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS WITHIN ONE ORDER AND AT LEAST ONE OF THOSE ITEMS IS ON PRE-ORDER YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT THE PRE-ORDER TIME PERIOD BEFORE ALL OF YOUR ITEMS IN THE ORDER ARE DISPATCHED.
For example if you ordered an in-stock item and an item on pre-order which takes two weeks before dispatch, both of your items will be dispatched together in two weeks time.
I entered the wrong address in my shipping details, can I change it?
If for whatever reason you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we CANNOT change or cancel your order and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.
If you have entered the wrong information please ensure you contact us within 12 hours if you wish to change it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order.
Please send us your cancellation or change request within 12 hours of ordering.
Once your order has been shipped your order cannot be changed or cancelled; please double check before placing your order.
I have received a defective item, what can I do?
We will never knowingly send out a defective item. However, if you have received a defective item please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item and we will resolve this.
Do you accept Refunds/Exchanges?

How do I take care of my jewellery?
Do not allow the products to come into contact with water or other liquids. We recommend you putting your jewellery on after applying makeup and perfume. If not in use, store neatly in dry place. Avoid folding or pulling jewellery, as all pieces are delicate and are to be treated with care. Always remove jewellery when engaging in activities such as sports.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards.
I have received a faulty item, what can I do?
If you have received a faulty/defective item please contact us straight away via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide pictures of the fault. We will resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please retain all of the original packaging and leave labels in place as they were shipped.
